2. Personal Data & Location

To function properly, Halfy requires access to your precise geographical location. This data is used solely in real-time to calculate the midpoint and routes.

No location data is stored on our servers. All processing is done either locally on your device or via anonymized requests to our third-party mapping services.

3. Intellectual Property & Credits

Mapping: Location and routing data are provided by OpenStreetMap (OSM).

Display: The map background is provided by Google Maps Platform or Apple Maps depending on your device.

4. Liability

Routes and locations are provided for information purposes only. Kër IT cannot be held responsible for routing errors, establishment closures, or accidents occurring during travel.

5. Limitations & Future Updates

Public Transport: This feature is currently disabled. Real-time multimodal routing services (like Google Transit) represent a significant technical cost. We plan to implement it in the future if there is strong demand from our users.

Reservations: Direct integration with reservation services (like TheFork) is currently under development and will arrive in a future update.

Kër IT is actively looking for partners (brands, transport networks, local services) to enrich the Halfy experience.
